All-Inclusive Packages

At Hyatt Regency Baltimore, the planning process is easy and seamless. Select your wedding package to include everything that you need and add as many or as little enhancements as you wish.

- A one hour cocktail reception followed by four hours for dinner and dancing

- A private cocktail reception for the couple or bridal party

Hyatt Regency Baltimore offers a number of unique venues for your rehearsal dinner. Whether you choose to have an intimate dinner in our Chesapeake Room or an informal reception in our Harborview Room, we are sure your guests will be inspired by our world-class service, exquisite cuisine, and picturesque views.

After Party

Continue the party into the evening. Serve up late night snacks and offer a cash bar in one of our intimate function rooms.

Farewell Brunch

Hyatt Regency Baltimore offers several options to finish the wedding weekend. Our Bistro 300 restaurant offers a weekend breakfast buffet. Our Outdoor Terrace or Harborview would be perfect for your intimate ceremony followed by cocktail reception. For dinner and dancing, Pisces or Chesapeake could be the ideal space to celebrate with dinner and dancing.

For 80-140 guests,

Our Outdoor Terrace or Chesapeake would be just the right size for your ceremony. Then your guests can continue to your cocktail reception also on our Outdoor Terrace or transition inside to our Harborview Room. For dinner and dancing, you could choose between our Maryland Suites or Pisces.

For more than 140 guests,

Our Outdoor Terrace, a section of our Constellation Ballroom, or Atrium would all be great choices for your ceremony. Your cocktail reception would then move into our Ballroom Foyer and Atrium followed by dinner in a section of our Constellation Ballroom to accommodate your guest count comfortably.

Confirmation of Space and Deposits

An initial deposit of 25% of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract. A deposit schedule will be created for your estimated pre-payment. Final payment is due by 10 days prior to your function. A credit card must also be provided for any additional charges following your events.

Food and Beverage

No food or beverage may be brought into the hotel. All food and beverage for your function will be supplied by the hotel. In the event that you plan to bring in your own wedding cake, a service fee of $3.00 per person will apply.

Parking

Hyatt Regency Baltimore provides special rates for self and valet parking during your event. These special event rates are available whether you chose to sponsor your guests' parking charges or allow your guests to pay on their own. Overnight parking is subject to prevailing rates.

Guest rooms

Extend the celebration and keep your guests close to the event in luxurious accommodations at the same time. Special affordable rates for a reserved block of rooms can be arranged through your Wedding Specialist and the Hotel's Group Sales team.

Gift Bags & Welcome Packets

Welcome your guests with a letter or handmade care package. One generic gift bag can be delivered for a fee of $4.00 per room. Gift Bags personalized for each of your individual guests can be delivered for a fee of $10.00 per room.

Vendors

We would recommend using a vendor from the hotel's preferred vendor list. We request that all vendors arrive no earlier than two hours prior to your event start to delivery or set up. All items must be removed following the event unless otherwise arranged with your Wedding Specialist. All vendors must supply their own equipment to set. Hyatt is unable to equip vendors with ladders.

Security

Hyatt Regency Baltimore will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. Should you wish to hire security services, suggestions are available through your Wedding Specialist. Please ensure someone from your wedding party secures any gifts left at your wedding. This includes all vendor equipment on property.

We request all vendors to deliver flowers, cake, audio-visual, and any other items no sooner than two hours prior to your scheduled event. All items must be removed following the event, unless arrangements have been made with your Wedding Specialist. All vendors must supply their own equipment for setup.
